When do my viewers arrive?
After payment, set your channel and go live. KickPulse checks your live status, then connects viewers gradually. Detection and joining take a few minutes, and active counts can fluctuate as connections change.
Does the timer stop when I go offline?
Your package has a fixed expiry time. Going offline or pausing the viewers does not extend it. Choose a duration that covers your planned streams; the dashboard shows when your package expires.
Will I be charged again automatically?
Hourly packages are one-time purchases. Weekly and monthly plans renew automatically at the end of each period. You can cancel the renewal anytime in your dashboard: the plan keeps running until the end of the period you paid for, and you are not charged again.
Do I need to install anything?
No. The service runs on our servers. You manage your package in the browser using your public Kick channel name. We do not need your Kick password.
Can I change the channel after buying?
Yes. Each package serves one channel at a time, and you can change it from your dashboard. For several channels at once, purchase a separate package for each.
What should I know before buying viewer bots?
These are automated connections, not real fans or chatters. They do not guarantee organic growth or income. KICK prohibits artificially inflating viewer counts, so using bots carries a risk of action against your channel. See our Kick Viewer Bots page for the benefits and limitations.
